Hotel Check In/Out Times: 

If you have booked a room at the Radisson, your accommodation will be available from 3pm on the day of your arrival. If you require a early check in, this can be arranged by contacting the hotel in advance, Please vacate your rooms by 11:00am on the day of your departure
A wrist/band will be applied to all at registration, please wear this at all times during the event. Lost wrist bands will be replaced at £160 per wrist/bands. Uncomfortable wrist/bands may be removed by staff only and will be replaced free of charge.

Friday Afternoon Social: Kicking off at 4 PM in the Atrium Floor.

• Evening Parties: Start with a dance class:
• Friday at 8 PM (Commonwealth Room)
• Saturday at 9 PM (Commonwealth Room)
• Sunday Matinee Party: Begins at 6 PM and runs until 11 PM.

The registration desk will be open for Weekend/Day Passes:

Friday 10th February at 3pm – 7pm & 8:30pm – 2:30am

Saturday 11th at 10:30am – 5pm / 8:30pm – 3:30am

Sunday 12th at 10:30am – 11pm

At The Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel there are two restaurants:

Steak & Lobster:

Opens from Midday – 10:30pm Tables should be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Bijou Bar:

Midday until last orders at 1:30am Bar Closes at 2am

Should you not wish to eat at The Hotel, we highly recommend “The Pheasant Restaurant” for lunch and evening meals. The Pheasant is located 5 minutes walk from the Hotel, and is a favourite among those attending Mambo City events.

Please note that the Pheasant is now closed on Sundays

Journey Planner:   Closest underground to the Radisson Blu, Heathrow Hotel is Terminal 1,2 & 3 on the Piccadilly line.

From Central London it should take approx 40 – 45 Minutes.

By Heathrow Express:   From Paddington to Terminal 1, 2 & 3, trains depart every 15 minutes. Between 05.02 am to 11.47pm daily.

From Heathrow Airport to Hotel
