Over the last year, there’s been a bit of confusion due to another hotel adopting the Radisson brand, previously known as the Park Inn Hotel. To ensure you’re booking the correct hotel for our festival – specifically, the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel – we strongly recommend making your reservation through our website. Airport: The nearest airport is London Heathrow, which is 8 minutes by taxi to the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel.

From Airport:

Terminal 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 Use the Heathrow Hotel Hoppa coach (Approx £5 charge per person), Terminal 4 – taxi 8 minutes.

There are red bus services to and from airport terminals to Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel:

Terminal 1, 2, 3 Buses 105, 111, 140 Terminal 4, Bus 555 Terminal 5, Bus 423

From junction 4 of the M4, follow signs to Terminal 1, 2 & 3. At roundabout take A4 exit on Bath Road.

Changes to Car Parking:

  • Parking is managed by an external company, and entry is automated through number plate recognition.

  • The system’s QR codes reflect standard rates higher than our special rate of £8.

To Access Discounted Parking:

  • Please don’t pay upon entry. Head straight to the designated meeting area to scan a QR code for the exclusive £8 overnight parking rate.

  • Remember to register your vehicle details when you arrive to prevent fines from the parking management company.

From Paddington to Terminal 1, 2 & 3, 15 minutes – every 15 minutes between 05:02am to 11.47pm daily. Closest underground to the Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow Hotel is Terminal 1, 2 & 3.

Piccadilly Line 40-45 minutes from Central London.

Night Bus Service:

There is a night bus service to Central London from the airport bus terminal, Bus N9: Trafalgar Square (Stops S and Z), Piccadilly Circus, Hyde Park Corner, Knightsbridge, South Kensington, Earls Court, West Brompton, Lillie Road, Hammersmith, Turnham Green, Gunnersbury, Brentford, Isleworth, Hounslow, Hounslow West, Cranford and Heathrow Airport Central see this link>>
