Welcome to the MamboCity 2026 Digital Schedule!

We are moving beyond static PDFs and paper printouts to give you a faster, smarter, and more reliable way to navigate the festival. Our new Progressive Web App (PWA) is designed specifically for the dance floor environment.

Why use the App instead of a Website or Paper?

  • Offline Resilience: Unlike a standard website that fails when the Wi-Fi drops, our app uses “Service Worker” technology to save the schedule directly to your phone. It works perfectly in hotel basements and crowded ballrooms without a signal.
  • Real-Time Updates: If we move a workshop or change a room, the app pushes that update to your screen instantly—no need to refresh the page or look for a corrected paper flyer.
  • Precision Filtering: Stop squinting at tiny rows. Use the search bar to find your favorite instructors or specific dance styles (like On1 ⭐) in seconds.
  • Snap & Share: Need to show a friend your plan? Use the “Download Daily PNG” button to save a high-quality image of your schedule directly to your photo gallery.

How to “Install” It (No App Store Required)

You don’t need to visit an App Store. Follow these simple steps to add the MamboCity Icon to your home screen for one-tap access:

iPhone (Safari)

  1. Open mambocity-scheduler.web.app  in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with the up-arrow).
  3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open the link in Chrome.
  2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
  3. Select “Install app” or “Add to Home Screen”.

Tip: Once installed, open the app once while you have a good connection. This “primes” the system so you can stay updated even when you’re offline later. Below we have our uploaded png files, please note unlike the App these do not have dynamic updates

Arrival Notice:

We are delighted to welcome you to the Sixth Mambo Con Son Weekend, Taking place at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Centre, (Radisson Red), Bath Rd, Heathrow Blvd, Sipson,

West Drayton UB7 0DU. Below we have information that will help you organise your weekend

 

Hotel Check In/Out Times: 
If you have booked a room at the Radisson, your accommodation will be available from 3pm on the day of your arrival. If you require a early check in, this can be arranged by contacting the hotel in advance, Please vacate your rooms by 11am, on the day of your departure
A wrist/band will be applied to all at registration, please wear this at all times during the event. Lost wrist bands will be replaced at £190 per wrist/bands. Uncomfortable wrist/bands may be removed by staff only and will be replaced free of charge.
 

Parties

Theme Party nights:

Saturday Night – All White Theme

 

1st Party will be the Friday afternoon Social at 4pm

Friday/Saturday evening parties will start at 9pm in Discovery Rooms

Sunday Matinee Party Starts at 6pm until Midnight (Live Band @7pm)

Friday 9th January at 3pm – 7pm / 8:30pm – 2:30am

Saturday 10th at 10:30am – 5pm / 8:30pm – 3:30am

Sunday 11th at 10:30am – 11pm

 

Evening Meals: 

At The Radisson Hotel and Conference Centre,  there are two restaurants:

Icons Bar: Open from 7am – 12am

Filini Restaurant: Open from 5:30pm – 10:30pm 

Should you not wish to eat at The Hotel, we highly recommend “The Pheasant Restaurant” for lunch and evening meals.

 

The Pheasant is located 15 minutes walk from the Hotel, and is a favourite among those attending Mambo City events.

Please note that the Pheasant is now closed on Sundays

Internet – Wi-Fi:  Wi-Fi is free throughout the Hotel, plus workstations providing free Internet access in the hotel lobby

 

Journey Planner:   Closest underground to the Radisson Hotel and Conference Centre is Terminal 1,2 & 3 on the Piccadilly line. 

From Central London it should take approx 40 – 45 Minutes.   

 

By Heathrow Express:   From Paddington to Terminal 1, 2 & 3, trains depart every 15 minutes. Between 05.02 am to 11.47pm daily.  

From Heathrow Airport to Hotel 

There are red bus services to and from Airport Terminals to Radisson Hotel and Conference Centre:

Terminal 1,2,3 Buses 105, 111, 140

Terminal 4, Bus 555

Terminal 5, Bus 423

From Terminal 4 – taxi 8 minutes

From Terminal 5 – Taxi 10 minutes

 

By road From junction 4 off the M4, Follow signs to Terminal 1, 2 & 3, at roundabout; take A4 exit on Bath Road

Changes to Car Parking: 

Updated Car Parking Instructions:

  • Parking is managed by an external company, and entry is automated through number plate recognition.
  • The Car Park is chargeable at discounted rates to hotel guests and conference delegates, as follows:
    • £10.00 per car/per day
    • £18.00 per car/per overnight stay
